Strength and Conditioning : This type of training is about more than just lifting weights. It's about the overall development of the athlete and improving physical performance as a whole. various training methods are used such as plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance, and strength training to name a few. the end result is a complete athlete. Lean Mass Building : My lean mass building program is for those looking to put on muscle and size without the accumulation of extra body fat. Here I utilize all different methods of weight training to stimulate rapid muscle growth. Combined with one of my mass building nutrition plans, sweat and hard work we can achieve the desired result. Youth Training : Youth training programs are for kids ages 14-17. Exercise at all ages is important for being healthy. children who are over weight at a young age can develop a variety of health issues that can be avoided by getting them on a healthy diet and exercise program. For weight loss these programs include body weight and endurance training to burn calories with out putting too much stress on the body. At such a young age, the body is still developing and forming so great care must be taken when training such young individuals. I also have programs for youth athletes looking to get that competitive edge. I use many different methods when it comes to young athletes but all are done safely and effectively.
